Korolenko A. Criminal responsibility for the crimes accomplished in a state of strong blood hot.

Dissertation is sanctified to research of criminal responsibility for the crimes accomplished in a state of strong blood hot. A concept, maintenance and criminal value of the state of strong blood hot, is in-process examined. The emotional are investigated the states in psychological science, that in a certain measure influence on ability of person to realize the value of the acts and (or) manage them during the commission of crime. The question of setting of examination is also investigated for establishment of the corresponding emotional states and questions that belong before experts are set. Also the issues of the day, that exist at application of art. 66, 116, 123 Criminal Code of Ukraine are investigated in dissertation, research of grounds of differentiation of crimes perfect in the state of strong blood hot and some contiguous crimes is conducted. On the basis of research the reasonable are formulated suggestions in relation to perfection of criminal statute and practice of his application.
