Tupkalo S. Process - oriented management of the enterprise: business targeted approach

In the dissertation is proposed process - oriented approach to management, which involves forming a pyramid of process management, which is aimed at achieving the business goals of the company. In the research is grounded methodological foundations and principles of development of key performance indicators, their transformation in the system of management and technology business processes that are aimed at creating consumer and managerial values. As a method of formalization process - oriented enterprise management systems proposed to use a technology process modeling TML (Tupkalo Modeling Language). This paper analyzes the application process approach in electricity supplying companies of Ukraine identified the main problem areas and developed guidelines for the implementation process - oriented management in the industry.
