Essay

This dissertation is dedicated to the study of the sociocultural and praxeological contexts of the function and development of taste and fashion. The implanting of taste and fashion preferences into the sociocultural and praxeological aspects of human existence is demonstrated by means of sociocultural, philosophical and historical cultural approaches. The evolution of the perception of taste and fashion preferences is shown, as well as their ontology, their structural components and their semiotic and symbolic essence. It is discovered that the processes connected with an increase in fashion innovations contain elements of a play. A structure is devised for classifying the functions of fashion. A classification is provided for taste functions.
