Object of research: the management of production potential engineering enterprise. The work purpose: a substantiation of theoretical bases, methodical recommendations and scientifically-practical proposals for the performance management of the production potential of engineering enterprises. Theoretical and practical results: methodical approach and a comprehensive system of performance evaluation of the efficiency of utilization of productive capacity, which is the basis for interpreting the results of industrial and business building enterprises that allows management to promptly and flexibly respond to changes in the market environment, choose the most informed strategy for performance management utilization of productive capacities and generate optimal target program of implementation. Novelty: improved definitions and structure of productive capacity, classification of its effectiveness.The degree of implementation: results of research are recommended that the Department of Economics and International Relations of the Kharkov Regional State Administration for implementation in industrial Kharkov region (reference number of 05-01-37/1938d. 05.09.12g.)
