The dissertation solves the actual problem in urology - to improve the quality of aid rendered to the patients with ureterolithiasis after the removal of concrements by means of the scientifically substantiated improved scheme of complex treatment on promoting the early metaphylaxis of urolithiasis, prophylaxis of the urologic complications and the accompanying diseases, the results of implementation of which proved its medical and social effectiveness and also the possibility to reduce the financial expenditure.This work has proved that out of patients hospitalized for urolithiasis, 62 - 70% of them constitute the patients with calculi in ureters, and during the recent three years the number of the contact ureterolithotripsy grew 3.4 times. It was found that the incidence of complications among the methods of invasive removal of concrements was statistically lower after the contact laser ureterolithotripsy (32.3%), in their structure prevailed the inflammatory diseases, every forth patient had exacerbation of chronic diseases of other organs and systems with prevailing disorders of the hepatobiliary system (about 60.0%), metabolic diseases (45.2%), diseases of the digestive tract (about 10%). There were studied the risk factors for development of complications and was statistically confirmed an unfavorable effect of an accompanying pathology. There was substantiated necessity in the improvement of the scheme "the goal and prophylaxis of complications" that was realized by including into available multicomplex phytospecies. The results were assessed by the results of investigation which included 98 patients with ureterolithiasis after the removal of concrement. The medical, social and mediated economic efficacy was stated.
