Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the diagnosis of calcium-phosphorus metabolism in young children with food allergy manifestations and improvement of disorders correction methods. In 37% of children with food allergy is an imbalance of calcium-phosphorus metabolism (decrease in serum concentrations of total calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase activity increased, osteocalcin) at high risk for disorders of bone tissue formation. The most informative clinical criteria for disorders of bone formation were - early transfer of children to formula feeding, late teething, maternal smoking during pregnancy, the incidence and duration of the allergic process. The changes in the immune system of children with food allergies and impaired bone formation in a decrease of serum concentrations of serum IgA and sIgA in saliva, ?-interferon, increasing the concentration of IgE, tumor necrosis factor. The algorithm of therapeutic and preventive measures, which consisted in the rational use of hypoallergenic diets, sorbents, antihistamines, suppression of mast cell degranulation, cell membranes stabilizing, the mucous membranes barrier function increasing, and vitamin and mineral nutritional support for bone metabolism, which reduces the activity of the allergic process and normalize of bone tissue formation.
