Yablunivskiy S. Development of the system of state regulation of theatrical activities in Ukraine

Object of research: state regulation of theatrical activity. Purpose: scientific and theoretical foundation of the system of state regulation of theatrical activity, determination of features of state policy in a theatrical sphere on the basic historical stages of development in 1917-2011 in Ukraine and development of suggestions on the increase of efficiency of the modern system of state regulation of theatrical activity. Methods: complex and approaches of the systems; logical; dialectical; historical; economical-statistical analysis; generalizations; analysis and synthesis, abstracting, formalization. Results: forming of theoretical principles of construction of the effective system of state regulation of theatrical activity taking into account experience of state support of theater on all stages of development of the Ukrainian state system. Novelty: conception of building of the system of state regulation of theatrical activity is grounded in theory; approach to realization of the financial providing of activity of theaters is offered; theoretical principles of realization of state sponsorship of theatrical activity are improved. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkov region. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
