Kruglov V. Mechanisms of state property management in Ukraine

Object of research: a management development of state property is in Ukraine. Purpose: theoretical ground of approaches and development of practical recommendations on perfection of mechanisms of state property management in Ukraine. Methods: monographic; abstractly-logical; economical-statistical; analysis and synthesis; functional analysis; complex estimation; formalizations. Results: theoretical ground of approaches and development of recommendations on perfection of mechanisms of state property management in Ukraine. Novelty: conceptual approach to forming of mechanisms of state property management is grounded; the foundation of the organizational and legal providing of increase of effectiveness of state property management in Ukraine is improved; theoretical-methodical approaches to development and realization of organizationally-administrative mechanism of state property management are improved. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkov region. Areas of use: public administration, regional administration, training and retraining of civil servants.
