Object: Object: processes of marketing activities of higher education institutions of the. Purpose: To develop scientific and theoretical principles and guidelines for the development of marketing activities of domestic universities. Methods: A comparative, systematic, structural and logical analysis, simulation, synthesis, graphic. It is offered: System performance evaluation of marketing activities with its decomposition universities for management levels (institutional, managerial, technical), within which the institutional level indicator is the central factor of the effectiveness of marketing activities higher education institutions; improved: the method of material incentives for workers of marketing university on the basis of setting them salaries depending on the degree of responsibility of work, and distribution of premium budget based on evaluation of each employee and their contribution to overall performance unit, the method of building and marketing budgets. Scope of usage: higher education institutions.
