The work is devoted to research of the theoretical frameworks and creating methodological approaches concerning social infrastructure of machine building industry development. The work grounds the further development of theoretic regulations and suggests scientific and methodological approaches to improve management of socioeconomic relationship oriented to effective labour force utilization. Modern approaches are enhanced and they identify the consent of social participant and allows to avoid subjectivity in the process of the labour contract signing in favour of promoting a compromise by the parties. The practical suggestions are grounded and they mean the frameworks of acting when the company is in the process to choose social partners on the labour market including evaluation of aspects to effective labour force utilization within machine building industries. Some approaches are offered which mean creating the forming conception of socioeconomic relationship of the machine building industries. It is created the model of social activity of the industry which can be utilized as an integral index of evaluation of social relationship affectivity.
