Object of study: enterprises and farms of region in poultry industry under conditions a changing external socio-economic environment, in particular, the system of economic relations that are an integral part of the agricultural market of country. Objective: developing theoretical and conceptual frameworks and methodological approaches for improving the competitiveness of organizational-economic mechanism of poultry market and forming innovative strategy to increase the economic efficiency of poultry meat production in enterprises of this industry. Methods: economic-statistical, economic and mathematical, mathematical modeling, settlement and design, analysis and synthesis and comparisons, expert evaluations, system diagnostic and structural and logical analysis. Novelty: the first time developed a comprehensive innovative model of poultry farms development, based on the introduction of scientific and innovative achievements on the basis of application of economic and semiotic triangle Frege, suggested directions of improvement activity of farmers on poultry products market, which are based, in contrast to existing ones, laid innovative methods of cleaner production, aimed at saving resources, improved organizational-economic mechanism of functioning poultry farms, algorithm of economic and semiotic simulation optimization poultry market structure in farms in order to minimize production costs and maximize the value of profits as economic fundamentals of industry reproduction. Scope of application: in activities of agraririan farm"Zagai", poultry farm "Kohavynka", farms "Ular", "Snipe", "Bustard" and PE "Totem" in the educational process of Lviv National University of Veterinary Medicine and Biotechnologies named S.Z. Gzhytsky.
