The thesis is devoted to optimizing the treatment of patients with acute Q-Wave myocardial infarction and early left ventricular (LV) systolic dysfunction by assessing the clinical significance of increased heart rate, the comparative effectiveness of different methods of pharmacological therapy and their influence on LV systolic and diastolic function, neurohumoral activation, exercise tolerance and its hemodynamic support prolonged observation.
