Essay

Object of the research - processes of hot die forging parts with fins. Purpose of research - improvement of resource saving processes of hot forging aircraft structures parts with complex shapes with thin and high fins, thin textures of large area made of hard alloys. Methods of research: plasticity theory methods, computer technology, methods of mathematical statistics and experimental methods. Theoretical and practical results: perspective forging technique for parts with fins and respective design of forging equipment, computer models of forging technique for parts with fins which allow to develop forging manufacturing processes without costly trial experiments were developed. Technological recommendations for calculations of equipment design and selection of technological parameters of forging were stated. Scientific novelty: research of technological parameters and innovative promising schemes of forging of workpieces with fins made of hard alloys was substantiated, it is based on complex research using numerical, theoretical and experimental modeling of proposed schemes; on the basis of theoretical methods of metal forming, a mathematical model for forging based on the variation Treffts method was developed. Level of implementation: research results are used at PC "Novokramatorsk Machine Building Plant" (Kramatorsk). Area of application: results and recommendations can be used for designing of manufacturing processes for critical purpose parts with complex spatial forms.
