Kazachkov I. The effect of strategic management at the main results of the metallurgical enterprise

Research object: the process of formation of a strategic management system of native enterprises of metallurgy. Research purpose: theoretical basis of the interconnection between strategic management system and the resulting activities of the industrial enterprise and the subsequent development of scientific and methodological recommendations to improve this system in metallurgical industries. Research methods: a systematic approach, the abstract-logical, observation, comparison, generalization and formalization, an expert assessments, factor analysis, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis. Theoretical and practical results: the existing planning systems on domestic metallurgical enterprises are improved. Novelty: the structure of strategic management is improved; the system of strategic assessment by the use of the essential approach to determining the results of perspective plans is improved; theoretical approach to determining the interconnection between the system of strategic management and the main activities of industrial enterprise is improved; methodical approaches to the formation of a strategic set of industrial enterprise had the further development; methodical approaches to determine reference values of express assessment of the attractiveness of investments had the further development; approaches to solving the problematic aspects of the implementation and evaluation of the strategic management system of metallurgical enterprises had the further development. Degree of implementation: research results are implemented to the work of "Tokmak ferroalloy company" Ltd., JSC "Zaporozhye steel combine "Zaporizhstal", JSC "Mariupol steel combine Ilyich" and in the educational process at the department of economics and management, ZSEA.
