Essay

The thesis is devoted to the development of information and analytical system for diffusion parameters determination in metals and alloys in order to speed up the diffusion parameters determination to assess the structural stability of materials and their possible application in various conditions. Phenomenological models of diffusion in composite materials subject to mechanical stress and to radiation have been developed. A new method for determination of diffusion parameters: activation energy and pre-exponential factor without numerous experiments (during a single exposure) has been developed.
