3. This thesis presents a complex analysis of political corruption prevention and counteraction mechanisms in the system of public administration of Ukraine, the matter and characteristics of political corruption, peculiarities of its types, forms and spheres. The foreign experience of political corruption prevention and counteraction is researched. The thesis also analyzes the legal principles of political corruption prevention and counteraction in organs of government of Ukraine, evaluates the effectiveness of state institutions, that authorized by law to carry out anti-corruption actions in Ukraine. The necessity and improvement directions of political corruption prevention and counteraction mechanisms in public administration in Ukraine are defined, which will considerably minimize negative consequences of politically motivated corruption actions of civil servants, and help to form new system of public administration based on transparency and democracy.
