Dubovyk G. Disturbances of diffusing lung capacity in patients with chronic heart failure at dilated cardiomyopathy

The object of the research is diffusing lung capacity disturbances in patients with chronic heart failure at dilated cardiomyopathy. The goal is diagnostics and medicament correction of diffusing lung capacitydisturbances in patients with chronic heart failure at dilated cardiomyopathy by using of liposomal forms of phosphatidylcholine and quercetin. Methods - clinical, biochemical, social, instrumental, statistical. . Novelty is presented as identification of gender peculiarities of clinical course and influence of liposomal drugs on morpho-functional state of cardio-respiratory system, it was analyzed the dynamics of diffusing lung capacity, NT - proBNP, evaluated the immediate and distant results of treatment and quality of life of patients. The observed data were introduced into practice of the Donetsk Regional Clinical Territorial Medical Union, the Instituteofurgentandrestorativesurgerynamedby V.K. GusakoftheNationalAcademyofmedicalscienceofUkraine (Donetsk), University clinic og Donetsk national medical university by M.Gorkyy, and also in the educational process of Donetsk, Luganskand Kharkov medical universities.
