Fuchko O. Study the relations between the functions of the thyroid gland and the liver using mineral water balneotherapy "Naftusya"

Thesis deals with the pathophysiology of the functioning of the thyroid and liver in women with thyroid hyperplasia and acalculous cholecystitis and justification on the basis of the possibility of using the results of balneotherapy with mineral water "Naftusya" in the treatment of this disease. It was shown that in patients with thyroid hyperplasia and acalculous cholecystitis changes in the thyroid gland occurring type of hypothyroidism. However, changes in thyroid and immune status, humoral homeostasis, central and intracardial gemodynamics in pure form do not conform to the thyroid hyperplasia through hypothyroid type, or acalculous cholecystitis. It was revealed that in 58% of surveyed women influence of mineral water Naftusya implemented by activating type, in 27% of patients - by inhibitory type, in 15% of patients - by so-called "kvazyzero" type. A positive change in physiological processes in the organism of patients was more associated with activating type of reaction which is the evidence of a sufficiently high effectiveness of balneotherapy.
