Gvazava N. Local budgets as a factor of economic development of territorial communities in Ukraine

Object of research: financing of economic development of territorial community. Purpose: ground of theoretical principles and development of practical recommendations on perfection of forming and implementation of local budgets for providing of economic development of territorial community. Methods: abstractly-logical; inductions and deductions; analysis and synthesis; structural-logical, economic, comparative analysis. Results: ground of theoretical principles, determination of pre-conditions and basic directions of perfection of process of forming and implementation of local budgets as a factor of economic development of territorial community in modern Ukraine. Novelty: offered approach to implementation of local budget of development, that is characterized a recurrence and variantness of passing of the stages of his forming depending on the select model of budget of development and possibility of combination of successive and parallel steps; methodological basis for realization of local economic politics is improved. It is inculcated in activity of public authorities the Kharkiv region. Areas of use: public administration, local self-government, training and retraining of civil servants.
