Object - the process of teaching physical and mathematical disciplines in pedagogical institutes of higher education; the aim - to theoretically substantiate didactic bases of structuring program supply for teaching physical and mathematical disciplines in pedagogical universities, to find out the influence of the designed technology of structuring program supply on prospective teachers' readiness to professional activity; methods - theoretical, empirical, of mathematical statistics; novelty - the research has been the first to provide theoretical substantiation of didactic bases of structuring program supply for teaching physical and mathematical disciplines in pedagogical universities; the technology of structuring program supply for teaching physical and mathematical disciplines in pedagogical universities has been worked out and experimentally tested, the designed technology covers all structural components of the process of teaching; the efficiency criteria and indices of the influence of the designed technology of structuring program supply for teaching physical and mathematical disciplines on the level of prospective teachers' pedagogical readiness have been specified; didactic approaches to structuring program supply for teaching students in the institutes of higher education have been investigated; results - the designed technology of structuring program supply for teaching physical and mathematical disciplines in pedagogical universities on the theoretically substantiated bases has been experimentally tested and is recommended for implementation in the teaching and education process in pedagogical institutes of higher education; field - pedagogy.
