The object is a process of studying foreign languages to junior schoolchildren; the aim is to find out the influence of the technology of the variable using the organizational forms of teaching foreign languages in primary school on forming the foreign language competence of students; the methods are theoretical, empiric, statistical; the novelty - the technology of the variable using the organizational forms of teaching foreign languages in primary school is grounded and experimentally tested scientifically; the essence of concepts: "organizational forms of teaching", "principle of variability", "foreign language competence" is specified; the further development was purchased by the components of foreign competence (linguistic, sociocultural, pragmatic); the results can be used in the educational process of general educational establishments and in the system of post-diploma pedagogical education for the in-plant of general educational establishments teachers' training, and also for the students of pedagogical higher educational establishments' preparation according to the speciality "foreign languages"; the branch is pedagogics
