Shevchenko V. Grounds for diagnostical and medical tactic of cranioabdominaltrauma

The dissertation is devoted to optimising diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients with cranioabdominal trauma. While researching the problem we found out that the level of verbal communication is going to fall depending on the degree of craniocerebral injury. As a result, physical examination methods become less informative. Because splenectomy results in braking immunity as to its cellular and humoral indices the author proposed a rehabilitation method based on autotransplantation of the spleen fragments. As well as adjunctive immunotherapy with immunofan beginning with the first day after the operation. There was observed immune status restitution both in the early and remote postoperative periods. And 3.3 times decrease in postoperative inflammatory purulent complicatios.Immunity inhibition was preserved even in the remote period after splenectomy. This testifying the role of the spleen in this process and significance of autolientransplantation.
