Essay

The object of study: the processes of production and processing of milk and economic relationships between agribusiness companies in shaping consumer market for dairy products in Ukraine. Objective: To summarize the theoretical principles of dairy cattle in the joint integrated producers of market milk and dairy products. Methods: a systematic approach, the dialectical method of cognition, monographic, abstract and logical, comparative analysis, economic-statistical, graphical, correlation and regression, cash-constructive, balance, extrapolation. Scientific novelty: first proposed, along with existing forms of integration of production of milk and dairy products, promote agricultural financial and industrial groups that attract members of the banking institution; improved definition content market, evaluating the competitiveness of producers and processors of milk received further development of assessment profitability milk business , forms and methods of revival dairy cattle enterprises, improving their efficiency and investment attractiveness, study the minimum number of cows held in rural household income and two able-bodied persons, methodical provisions for determining the contract price of milk for agricultural producers, the criteria for regulation earnings of the company - 's integration and the level of material reward employees.
