In the thesis has been investigated the scientific-theoretical bases of the audit personnel of the enterprise. The economic substance of the audit and the evolution of its development have been summarized. The socio-economic precondition for the introduction of staff audit in Ukraine has been investigated. The classification of principles of the staff audit has been completed. The classification of the areas of staff audit has been supplement. A concept of staff audit due to the analysis of the state and development of the staff audit at the industrial enterprises have been considered. The procedure of planning the staff audit has been proposed. The process and stages of the staff audit has been improved and adapted. Factors of staff audit that influenced on the efficiency of the activity of the enterprises have been generalized. The factors that influenced on the effectiveness of the system of staff audit have been identified. The process of management and implementation of staff audit have been developed. The analysis of functioning of the system of staff audit has been carried out. The methodical approach to the organization of staff audit and procedure of its implementation on the basis of consideration of the possible risks has been proposed.
