Research object: active plant personnel in the form of behavior; the purpose of the work: to study the theoretical methods of forming the collective impact of the head on the labor behavior of company personnel in the intellectualization of its capital; research methods and instruments: an interdisciplinary approach, system approach, induction and duduktsiyi, analysis and synthesis method of correlation analysis method and expert evaluations, the method of "golden section"; theoretical and practical results: improved conceptual schema definition of reserves management impact on employment behavior of staff that unlike classical paradigms oriented phenomenological approach, which involves identifying the hypotheses of this influence and terminology software, technology assessment attachment organization personnel, a specific feature of which is the allocation of subspecies (forced, normative and affective), determining the diagnostic characteristics of each. This approach provides a justification for measures of commitment and empowerment of the head of subordinates; theoretical and methodological approach to the diagnosis of functional harmony in the collective coordinates internally activation behavior of three types of worker (artist, intraprener, intellectual capitalist), the difference of which is the use of standards golden section. This allows you to specify the measures intensify labor leader behavior of subordinates to focus on a combination of processes conservation and development team as an open social system, the structure of intellectual potential employee through a separate component - practical intelligence. Its development and use of performance provides employment behavior of personnel, rapid implementation of unique ideas into practice, reconciling the interests of the employee and the organization that gave him a job; indicator of labor behavior of staff, the feature is to provide opportunities to diagnose head intensity development team conflict or cooperation intention to negotiate.
