Nosikov O. Dynamics of the professional structure of the employed population of Ukraine

The Work is devoted to the study of dynamics of professional structure of the employed population of Ukraine. A historical evolution of the structure of society is analysed. The systematized description of stratification structure of professional environment of Ukraine is given. The typical professional groups are explored with application of provisions of conception of the criterion constructing of profession. The most socialized professional groups at the labour market are determined. System approaches on the decision of problems of the balanced development of professional structure of the employed population by the respective subjects are offered.
