The thesis is devoted to the research and development of methods and tools for the analysis of blood circulation of the human body, early prediction of the probability of sudden cardiac arrest, as well as analysis of various cardiac arrhythmias based on the dynamics of the 24hheartrate. This work deals with biological signals oscillations estimates and quantitative valuation of complex system behavior. The main idea was to use the sequential intervals of heart rate series and compare them with patterns obtained on the previous step. This permits to valuate quantitatively the adaptation recourses of human by the estimation of complexity of 24-hours oscillation of cardiac rhythm. The main goal of the research is increasing the informativeness of heart rate monitoring data for prediction of cardiac pathologies. The specific aims were as follows: 1. Establishment of an information model for identification of the pathological states deals myocardial pathology. 2. Development of the method for computer-aided classification of homogeneous observations. 3. Development of self-learning technology for the diagnostic system. 4. Development of the algorithm for estimation of human circulatory system using non-linear dynamic characteristics of heart rate.
