Essay

The frequency distribution of orthostatic reactions of blood pressure is found for patients with the permanent form of atrial fibrillation. The connection between orthostatic reactions of blood pressure with clinical and functional parameters of blood circulation is shown. The effect of antiarrhythmical therapy by beta-andrenergic blockers, amiodarone and their combination on the distribution of orthostatic reactions of blood pressure, control of ventricular rate and clinical parameters of blood circulation is investigated. Prognostic criteria are found for different types of orthostatic reactions of blood pressure and for control of ventricular rate at the stages of antiarrhythmical therapy by method of step-discriminant analysis.
