Essay

The dissertation is devoted to measure the flow from 0.001 to 0.016 m3/h based on existing instruments, a new type of meter - Temperature compensated laminar flowmeter. A mathematical model of measurement, experimental studies and created laboratory type flowmeter for a range of flow from 0.001 to 0.016 m3/h. A metrological support of the flowmeter is created. The new methods of calibration of flow meters low flow is developed. A method for stabilizing flow for flow units equivalent to the displacement of the vessel by Marriott. The analysis of calibration schemes in some countries, and draw conclusions about the need for changes in the existing verification scheme. Developed metrological support of the flowmeter includes a second circuit reference VETU 03-01-01-08, calibration method of summation of flows and set the standard documentation. Theoretical studies are confirmed by experimental results. The approbation of measurement results in SE Ivano-Frankivskstandartmetrologiya. Developed and put into practice two regulations on metrological support of small flow rates.
