Object: process of quality management of activity of enterprises of market of educational services (EMES). Purpose: generalization of theoretical positions, development of methodical approaches methods and scientifically-practical recommendations in relation to development of mechanism of perfection of the quality management system (QMS) of activity of EMES. Methods: methodology of universal quality management; method of logic analysis; process approach on the basis of requirements of standards of the ISO series 9000, DSTU-P IWA 2:2007; systems approaches complex and; conceptual analysis; method of graphic analysis expert estimations; method of the mathematical planning of experiment, questionnaires of objects, diagrams of variation, equalization of regression and criterion of Kohren; method of statistical treatment by the checks cards of Shuhart, cross-correlation analysis; diagrams Isikava. Offered: scientifically-methodical approaches to: to the estimation of efficiency of making QMS of activity of EMES; to diagnostics of quality of educational process control; to forming of model of QMS of enterprises as the constituent of mechanism of quality management of their activity; scientifically-methodical principles of realization of policy of the «active marketing» in QMS of activity of EMES and process of quality management of activity of EMES Ukraine; scientific ground of selection of potential risks in the quality management of activity of EMES and pre-conditions of development of QMS of their activity. Sphere of the use: EMES, in particular Department of education and science, young people and sport of Ukraine.
