Essay

Object of study - parliamentary control social relations. The aim - development of theoretical and applied the provisions of the organizational and parliamentary control in Ukraine legal mechanism. Research methods - analysis, synthesis, logic-semantic method, comparative legal studies, systematic method of system-structural and formal-logical, statistical. The practical significance of the results lies in the fact that its main provisions may be used subject of parliamentary oversight in monitoring. Scientific novelty of the results is to solve the scientific task, due to the introduction of organizational and legal mechanism for parliamentary oversight to ensure the organic combination of prevention, detection and elimination of deficiencies and violations of rules established by the state, improving governance and development civil society. First proposed to consider organizational and legal mechanism of parliamentary control as a complex formation elements system of the state and public control. The classification of parliamentary control, which added approach on level organization form, the system of parliamentary control participants, the system of parliamentary oversight functions, the mechanism of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine control. It only took the further development conceptual approaches to the parliamentary control nature in a democratic society, forms of parliamentary control as a means of expression and control actions organization; public relations trends of modernization , generalization, that the current state and evolution of parliamentary control depend on the civil society maturity, institutional support parliamentary control, control over public participation diversity of forms, the legal framework intensity.
