Essay

In accordance with the research objectives, in the dissertation are presented constitutional and legal bases of parliamentary fractions’ influence on the implementation of representative mandate. The Author studies the characteristics of the current stage of the theory of peoples’ representation and the legal description of the concept of parliamentary fraction; models of parliamentary fractions, their functions, internal structure; the legal nature and importance of fractional unity; systematized legal mechanisms of fractional discipline. The Author offered perspective ways to improve the constitutional and legal status of parliamentary fractions in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
