Essay

The dissertation is devoted the decision to the applied branch problem - decrease in emissions in surrounding atmosphere nitrogen oxides and improvement of coke quality by upgrading of technological coking production parameters. Based on the lwpothcsis formulated by the author on the formation of nitrogen i oxides in the heating system of coke oven battery during the coking process, developed a new, comprehensive approach to the analysis of the factors influencing their formation in the production of coke The data were obtained on the effect leakage raw coke oven gas to the heating system in the formation of nitrogen oxides on the "fuel" mechanism. Theoretically and experimentally that the formation of NOx by "fuel" mechanism mainly depends on the content of nitrogen in the organic part of the coking load. Developed a way consecutive evacuation of gases from the coking chambers in two gas collector working under different pressure.
