Andriychuk D. Improvement of diagnostics, prognosing of course and treatment of ulcer disease in children.

Object - Stomach ulcer of a stomach and duodenal gut at children age of 7-18 years; goal - To increase a forecasting effectiveness of course and treatment of a stomach ulcer of a stomach at children by optimization of diagnostics and development of pathogenetic complex therapy; methods - clinico-genealogic, biochemical, sociometric; endoscopy, enzymoimmunoassay; mathematics and the results - the first time improvement of diagnostics, forecasting and treatment of a stomach ulcer of a stomach at children is lead; first established the the level nitric oxide is lower in biological liquids at children of patients with a stomach ulcer of a stomach and a duodenal gut in plasma of blood and in a saliva in comparison with reviewer parameters; first is defined that prevalence of mutant C-allele of inducible nitric oxide synthaze in investigated population of children is 52,5 %, there was proved that polymorphic variant of gene inducible nitric oxide synthase G954C is predictor of severe and replase course of ulcer disease; there is substantiated necessity of usage of cyrarginine with the aim of treatment and prophylaxis of ulcer disease of gastroduodenal region in children.
