Essay

The object of research: quality assurance processes of metrological works in the verification and calibration laboratories. The methods of research: theoretical and experimental. Theoretical researches based on fundamental positions of metrology on ensuring the uniformity and measurement reliability, performing metrological works and quality control methods, the general theory of quality, qualimetry, fuzzy set theory, the theory of order statistics and methods of software modeling. Experimental researches have been performed using the effective processing of statistical data, the created software and the analysis of work results of existing calibration laboratories based on the developed methodological support. Scientific innovation is based on the following: improving the scientific basis for quantifying the quality to reflect the characteristics of the metrological control of measuring instrument; development of a new method of quantifying the quality of metrological control of measuring instrument, which is based on the theory of fuzzy sets for handling expert data on indicators of the competence of laboratories; the method for the estimation of measurement uncertainty for metrological control of measuring instrument, which, in contrast to the known, is designed for the conditions of limited statistical data based on the theory of order statistics. The results of the dissertation research were implemented in the calibration laboratory of JSC "Gaztehkom", Ivano-Frankivsk, as well as while doing: metrological examination of documents calibration laboratories for verification of their competence (attestation for carrying out the calibration for their own use and for other companies); educational process for disciplines related to metrology and qualimetry, professional development courses for metrology specialist of companies and organizations, as well as in the development of: РМУ 13-064-2008 "Metrology. The method of calculation of measurement uncertainty for the calibration of measuring instruments " and РМУ 13-069:2012 "Metrology. Methodology for quantifying the quality of the work in calibration laboratories. "
