Rybak N. Constitutional and legal basis of the electoral system in Ukraine

In the work the theoretical and legal basis of Ukraine's election system by defining the electoral system of Ukraine as a category of constitutional law, and the main stages of formation and development of Ukraine's election system and clarify the value of electoral systems of Ukraine and the Member States of the European Union. Author investigated the internal construction of the electoral system in Ukraine, described the parliamentary electoral system in Ukraine, the electoral system for electing the President of Ukraine and given the nature of the electoral system during the formation of representative bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and of local governments.
