Gluschenko V. Financial stimulation and efficiency of the agricultural enterprises' personnel use.

The object of research is social and economic processes that affect the incentives and efficiency of personnel of the agricultural enterprises. The aim of the research is the study and the subsequent development of theoretical-methodological and applied basics of material stimulation and increase of efficiency of use of personnel of the agricultural enterprises. Scientific novelty of the results is to justify scientifically methodical approach to determining the level of wages in the sectors of plant growing and cattle breeding for each agricultural enterprise in conjunction with the results of economic efficiency of its production, which is based on the use of the basic functions of the dependence of the level of wages of other factors of influence, received on the basis of the discriminant analysis, that in the practice of economic management ensures the effectiveness of the material stimulation of the personnel. The research was conducted using techniques such as: monographic, abstract and logical, factor analysis, statistical, economic, economic-mathematical modelling, expert.
