Dissertation is dedicated to optimization of perioperative support Surgical rehabilitation of intracranial hematoma (ICH) on the basis of target-oriented use techniques for energobiocorrection the prevention and further spread mitochondrial apoptosis of neurons. Increased ability contrapoptosis neuroanaesthesia and preservation perioperative biological integrity of the body, which stabilizes the integrative capacity of the brain improves clinical results in removing intracranial hematomas. In study included 110 patients with intracranial hematoma trauma and stroke genesis 139 white rats in which simulated intracranial hematoma. The high sensitivity of discrete parameters of the oxygen regime at necrobiotic lesions of the brain, we have proved the necessity the use of sodium hydroxybutyrate and lidocaine. In accordance with features of the stress response in ICH developed perioperative energobiocorrection techniques.
