Luchko S. Realization of social work with convicts by the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine at penitentiary institutions

Comprehensive and system study of realization of social work with convicts by the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine at penitentiary institutions was performed in the dissertation. Sources of formation and development of social work with convicts at penitentiary institutions were revealed. The concept and the content of social work with convicts in the context of their correctional rehabilitation and resocialization were formulated. International experience of social work with convicts at penitentiary institutions was studied. The results of the studies have allowed the author to propose changes and amendments to the current legislation of Ukraine.
