Hunia I. Criminal-legal characteristics of violent crimes against property

The paper deals with criminal-legal characteristics of violent crimes against property. It is determined that the essence of the crimes is violent expropriations of other people's property. The notion and legal nature of these crimes, as well as their subjective and objective features are scrutinized. The peculiarities of immediate (violent robbery and plunder) and deferred (exaction) violent expropriations of other people's property are considered. Suggestions directed at the perfection of legislative definition of violent crimes against property and sanctions for committing some of them are made and grounded.
