Dissertation is devoted to comprehensive research of the problem of normative-law determination of smuggling and counteraction to it. The author has given the criminological description of smuggling, discovered it general and specific determinants. Has researched and typologied the normative-law determination of crime. The criminological expertise of normative-law acts, their projects and criminological monitoring of law adjusting has researching. In dissertation has given recommendation on minimization of influence of normative-law factors of smuggling.
