The problematic issues of the use and application of analogy in law are analysed and scientifically reasonable and reliable results and recommendations have been obtained in relation to forming of integral conception of the legal adjusting of relations that had formed a gap in the law, by means of complying analogy of law. Legal nature of a gap in civil legislation is revealed through description of these gaps, forms of expression, kinds and determinants of their origin.
