Essay

The thesis deals with the study of theoretical, methodological and legal issues of competent legal culture in the mechanism of formation and realization of Ukrainian law. The basic concepts of a competent legal culture in the domestic legal science are analysed. The concept of «competent culture» and its components are defined concretely. Detailed analysis of the institute of competent legal culture of government in Ukraine is presented. Special importance of competent legal culture to the state and society is exposed. The professional and competent ethics are closely interwoven in it, playing a major role in the activity of every lawyer.
