3.The dissertation is aimed at determination of the HLA-antigen distribution in the patients with chronic glomerulonephritis along with nephrotic syndrome (CGN, NS), their peculiarities depending on sensibility of children and adults to hormone therapy, associations with the immunity cytokine link. For CGN, NS, the relative risk is high at the presence of HLA-A23, 24, 28, B8, 38, 41, 44, DR1, 4, w52 in phenotype of adults and B21, 27, 38, 41, DR4, 5 in children. The causal role in etiopathology is indicated for A24, B8, DR1, 4, w52 in adults and DR5 - for children. The attributive risk to develop chronic renal insufficiency (CRI) is higher with A10 presence in adults and A28, B27 40 in children. In adult patients having CGN with NS, the antigens HLA-B14, B38, B51 DRw52 are associated with hormone sensitivity; the attributive risk of hormone resistance is high for A19+31+32 split, antigens B8, B55. In children with hormone sensitivity are associated HLA-B21, B27, B38, B41, DR4 and DR5; the attributive risk of hormone resistance is high for antigens A24, B14, B21, B41, split of B21+49+50, DR7.There are shown the associative links of the antigens which stipulate the relative and attributive risks of CGN and NS, with high production of pro-inflammatory cytokines (TNF-alfa , IL-17, IL-18), and also IL-4 and VEGF.
