Tsyura Y. Precision pancreaticojejunostomy in the prevention of pancreatic fistula in pancreatoduodenal resection

The dissertation is based on a comprehensive evaluation and surgical treatment of 110 patients with neoplastic diseases of pancreatoduodenal area and complicated forms of chronic pancreatitis, mainly affecting the pancreatic head and duodenal obstruction and symptoms of biliary hypertension.The effectiveness of precision technic in all phases of the operation and during the formation of pancreaticojejunostomy has been proved. Studies have shown that the formation of precision pancreaticojejunostomy is the best method of treatment of pancreatic stump after pancreatoduodenal resection regardless of the status of the parenchyma and the diameter of the main pancreatic duct.
