The dissertation is devoted to the problem of improving the efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of acute cerebral ischemia and her consequences in the conditions the separation of reanimation and intensive therapy of cardiologic clinic on the basis of study the features of neurological displays, state of cognitive function, central hemodynamics, structural changes of main arteries the chairman and substance of cerebrum for patients with acute cardiologic pathology. Certainly, that acute cardiologic pathology it is expedient to examine as one of forms of acute cerebral disfunction which increases authenticity of development of stroke and progress of cognitive disorders. After clinical presentation in a acute period and after remote consequences acute cardiologic pathology is equivalent to the initially-cerebral vascular episodes (stroke, ТІА) and that is why parallel instances must be taken into account at the estimation of anamnesis and determination of prognosis at wide public of vascular patients. Based of careful research of acute cerebral disfunction expediency of application of preparations is reasonably reasonable with neuroprotective properties (cerebrolysin and citikolinе) at acute cardiologic pathology which is accompanied by the acute ischemia of brain. It grounds to recommend plugging of these preparations in the system of treatment and rehabilitation of patients with this pathology.
