Bocharov D. The correction of disorders of metal ligand homeostasis of patients with eczema

The object of study - eczema. The purpose of research - improving the effectiveness of treatment of patients with true eczema by developing the method of the treatment based on the study of the functional state of metal ligand homeostasis (bioelements and enzymes of lipid peroxidation and antioxidant protection). Methods: Clinical, general laboratory, special biochemical, atomic emission spectral analysis, statistical. The dissertation is devoted to improving the treatment of patients with eczema basеd of true clarification of the role of disturbances in the systems of metal ligand homeostasis, lipid peroxidation (LPO) and antioxidant protection (AOP). It has been established the presence of deficiency of essential bioelements (iron, iodine, copper, manganese, zinc, cobalt, molybdenum, selenium, chromium, vanadium) and indicators of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant protection; there is inverse correlation dependence among them. The complex therapy using polymicroelement product (Esmin®) and extract of Sholomnytsya Baikal- purpose of the principle of chronotherapy provides no relapses or less severity of their manifestations in 85 % of patients and recovery to reference values bioelements, indices of lipid peroxidation, antioxidant protection. Results have been implemented in the practice of CCTPE "City Dermato-venerological Dispensary № 1 of Donetsk", Poltava Regional clinical dermato-venerological dispensary, CE "Zaporizhzhya Regional Dermatovenereologic clinical dispensary of ZRC", CE "City Clinical Hospital № 17 of Dnipropetrovsk" as well as in the educational process of Department of Professional Diseases and Radiation Medicine of Donetsk National Medical University named by Gorky and the Department of Skin and Venereal Diseases of SE "Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy of Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
