Research object - press equipment with flexible compensators errors of the "press-die." Purpose - to improve the accuracy and stability of stamped metal working tool. Research methods and equipment - engineering analytical methods along with the unit of applied mathematics and functional analysis, finite element method, the theory of buckling beam systems spouses fixture in the static setting, methods of mechanical strain gauges and elektrical strain gauges, physical modeling method based on the similarity theory. Theoretical and practical results - automated methods of analysis and design and also recommendations to improve the design of elastic compensators. Novelty - mathematical models of elastic flat, circular and universal rotary compensator to estimate the stress-strain state in the elements and compounds of the "press-die." The degree of implementation - practical recommendations to improve the design of elastic compensators, software for automated design systems (there is a certificate of implementation). Sphere of application - design departments of steel and engineering plants and also applied-research institutes.
