The thesis is devoted to the diagnosis and treatment of closed injuries of the heart in patients with multiple trauma. Results of treating 90 victims with a closed heart injury. Found that for a closed injury of the heart are common characteristics of hypokinetic circulation in the first day after injury: CI 2,27-2,31-2,21 l / min • m2, UO: 34,7-37,7-34,3 ml, DC: 50,2-51,4-50,7%. Later in the background normalization SI formed early signs of diastolic dysfunction: UO - 39,4 ± 3,6 ml, DC - 32,5 ± 3,2% on the fifth day after the injury (in the standard therapy).
