Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the issues of improvement of treatment's results of patients with incisional ventral hernia using differentiated treatment and rehabilitation of patients with symptoms including connective tissue dysplasia (CTD). The results of 122 patients treatment which carried alloplasty of abdominal wall were analyzed. It is proved that CTD increases the likelihood of postoperative ventral hernia, affects the postoperative period due to the greater frequency of complications and impairs quality of patients' life. It is proved that the use of comprehensive postoperative care and rehabilitation of patients with symptoms CTD, pre-objective of transforming improve results of treatment of these patients is likely to reduce the impact of metabolic disorders in the connective tissue on postoperative complications, recurrence of hernia cases and poor quality of life in the postoperative period.
